The first thought that comes to mind is 'recoil', the second is 'Did ya use enough dynamite, Butch?'

Seems to me that a 45-70 could be loaded similarly.

A handi 450 bushmaster would be cool. It would sell in Michigan. My shortened 45-70 case is gonna have to do

Interesting.... dont know if I really would want one, especially after looking at that group. To each his own I guess.

Additionally, I guess its me but, why was he wearing a side arm and 4 clips to do a rifle test on what looked like private property.... was this not a safe place......

450BM does HS on the case mouth which makes crimping a problem with semi autos but a non issue with a handi.

Like a snake eating it's tail. Working really hard to get the rebated, rimless version of the 460SW to work in a single shot rifle... I did ask these guys if they could stub a 6.5-284. They weren't really sure, and seemed to only want to focus on the Michigan, niche work-a-round.
