Default Now What

Here's the problem
I have a wildcat reamer with a solid tip
At.224
I was going to use an H&R Inc model
158 or 258 in 22 hornet as the doner Barrel.
They are both .223.
Now what?
TT

You could use a .22 WMR if you had an extra one. Or try to trade one of the lightweight topper hornet's for a newer handi barrel.

Real trucks dont have spark plugs.

If you mean the pilot on the reamer is too big for the barrel bores, you probably need a different reamer or different barrels, I dunno if the reamer pilot can be modified, maybe it can be reground, but that'll cost unless someone like Larry can do it. How about chucking it in a " drill and using crocus cloth and oil to polish .0005" off it to reduce it enough to fit the bores?

That would work, but use a drill press if you have one. Have you actually tried the pilot fit in the muzzle?

Political Correctness is a doctrine, recently fostered by a delusional , illogical minority and promoted by a sick mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a piece of cr*p by the clean end!

Now, with special thanks to the Truman Museum and Harry himself, you and I finally have a full understanding of what "POLITICAL CORRECTNESS" really means.....

Muz pics
Model 258. Sits on top won't go in.

NEF. NP 22 hornet slides right in.

I guess I have changed to the newer barrel.

Doc. Doc. Give it to me straight. I can handle it.
Oh
Guess you did

These are the 25-20 SS compared to 22 hornet.
Sort of a 22 hornet max.
