Default Early 20th Century .22s

Wow! I could think of at least 3 forums this might go in.

I'm curious what method of rifling Winchester used in their .22s in the first half of the 20th Century and if it was inherently an less accurate than their better center fire rifles.

If folks wanted to open this up to other brands of the time, fine.
