Lindsey Graham is right up there with John McInsane for his quantity and quality of stupid ideas and crack brained thinking.

a legend in their own minds? Maybe it happens when a camera is shoved in their faces
and they make the mistake of thinking it means they have something important to say.

No doubt that Lindsey Graham, McCain and many others love to see their names and faces in the media, but now more than ever, the actual words that go with the gratis publicity is nothing but made up facebook,or twitter chatter.

Lindsey Grahamnesty and Juan McAmnesty are two neocons who love open borders and keeping us in a constant state of war. The welfare/warfare state at its worst.

Liberal Logic 101:
Americans shall be required to submit to a background check to exercise a right already guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment while any foreigner shall be allowed into America without submitting to a background check.

A little off topic (Graham) but we really have few GOOD options. Both leaders are backing themselves into a corner where they have to do VERY BAD things or do an about face and lose credibility. If we launch a preemptive strike it will NOT be big enough to wipe out the N. Korean military and then its on like donkey kong, Korean War (I mean police action) 2.0. I am hoping some very tough sanctions will divert N. Korea from their current path but I seriously doubt it. Any opinion on other options other than military action? I really don't know...

Oh Graham, he like most politicians who get a little fame just loves to see himself on TV. If the past 15-20 years of Congressional oversight on "War" is any indication, this will be strictly an Executive Branch decision. Congress believes in posturing and then running scared when asked to weigh in on any military action. They are all about political theater, as they say in Texas "Big hat, no cattle".

Bring back the draft let everyone who votes for war have a little skin in the game. Voting for war without compulsory service is like betting with someone else's money, who cares if you lose it.... JM(not so)HO

Totally agree!!! One draft regulation should be that EVERYONE 18 or older register. No college deferrals, all politicians kids and grandkids, no defense related job deferrals, Everyone gets the chance of the draw.
Then we would see how many war hawks there are in the washington cesspool. There are times when a nation has to defend itself, and most times the nation knows when.....not big oil, not mega-corporations, not the military complex, but rather the people that send their sons and daughters in harms way!

War is serious business; not a way to teach a lesson to congressional hawks, or parents who might have strong political convictions. And it certainly is not for the purpose of inducting a bunch of novice, hastily trained young folks to be sent to the blood-bath.

Whether, or not we get involved in a military conflict has to be based on the situation and what is the best course for our country. This, more than anything else is why we elect leaders who we hope will make the right decisions. Then if war is either made on us, or if it is initiated by us, it must be fought by highly trained specialists using the most effective and most efficient weapons systems we have. And it must be won.
