Where are all the single action shooters??? I haven't seen a post here since my last one three weeks ago. Everyone sleeping under shade trees trying to beat the heat 'til Fall?

i haven't shot any of my firearms in a while.
too many irons in the fire (not shootin' irons )

The United States doesn't have a gun control problem.
We have a people control problem.

My only SAR usually lays within reach, unless I'm in the bathroom. then I have to rely on my little .25 auto.

i have been running rounds thru my nm vaquero almost every other weekend all spring and summer..
i used it to defend my family and home a few weeks back..
other than that, nothing of note to report

I remember that post. If you're familiar to the point that you don't have to think about the action, any action can be used.
when I get to the woods, I shoot several guns, but my old single action gets the most exorcize.
slow to load, but across the room, I can hit with it.

Been too busy with summer garden, etc. to reload much for the .45 Colt for my Uberti "El Patron" but plan to pick up this fall and winter. It is a fun caliber and gun!

Yes it is. Also comes from the factory with action & trigger job along with Wolfe Springs. Pictured is a five shot group from 50' using a two hand unrested hold. BTW this was my first five shots as it came out of the box using Magtech 230gr. cowboy loads.

'Skeeter' are in control of my backyard 50yd. range. I know ignoring' skeeters to make a good hit is good focus practice, but........
Always seems to be a middle of summer lull.

Anyone who wants to fundamentally change the USA is not a Patriot.
