Default Westpoint scope?

I have a coworker with a west point scope he can't any information on. It a westpoint 4x32 made in Japan. It's a vintage scope mounted on a Remington 740. Anyone know anything about them?

probably a westpoint branded japan made Tasco.
many 4x32 japan made tasco's were made for sponsors and
big box stores in the 70 & 80's....
they are quality glass with awesome reliability.

want to part with it ??

Thanks for the information. What would you value a scope like that and what would you be willing to offer and I will let him know
