Well sort of.  Seems myamor has his plate full these days - what with his impending marriage and all - so he decided he needed to step aside as moderator of this here forum.  Now for some reason - maybe he has me confused with someone else - myamor recommended  to GB that I fill his boots.  You all seem like a pretty nice bunch and it's pretty quiet over here anyway so I consented to fill the spot.

Most of you probably know me all ready if you've spent anytime on any of the other forums on this site. I am oppinionated - just ask my wife - but I'm generally easy to get along with and try to treat folks like I would want to be treated. You all should know GB's rules of conduct - if not go back and review them.  I expect the the rules will be followed but If in my judgment the rules are broken I will edit or delete the post in question and send a friendly PM to the poster explaining my reasoning.  I will not embarrass anyone by calling them down on the open forum for all to see unless they are begging for a public flogging by repeatedly pushing the envelope.

Now about Rossi firearms. I own a single shot, stainless, 22/410 matched pair and in my opinion, considering their reasonable price, you couldn't beat one of these Rossi's with a stick. I also own a Taurus - If I'm not mistaken a sister company of Rossi's under the Braztech umbrella - a 9 shot .22 revolver that I've had for a number of years. Also a very good gun for the money.  I'm interested in and own several other firearms of various manufacture as well.

Well, I just wanted to say howdy and introduce myself.  Please join me in wishing myamor the best of luck.

Thanks Brett. Yes, I did recommend you to Graybeard. I have always enjoyed your posts. Your a knowledgeable fella and are willing to help out....a great thing to be had in a Moderator  Cool
A lot of hecktic stuff going on here, and I'm soon to get in deeper I am sure Lips Sealed Grin  So I just needed to simplify. I volunteered to do the job to help out, as I love this site. But it's just more time spent that I need to give attention to other matters.
Best to you friend. It's a mannerly forum, and a good bunch.
Sorry I didn't get back with you sooner in PM's to fill ya in.
