My understanding is that it is not considered a firearm and it can be mailed directly to the buyer, no FFL involved.  So what happens if I decide to sell my Huntsman?  Since it could take shotgun barrels is it a rifle or muzzleloader?  Can i ship it to the buyer or do i need to use a FFL?

The Huntsman frame is a firearm and needs to go through a FFL just like any other conventional shotgun or rifle. The Sidekick is a muzzleloader only, and is not considered a firearm.
