Ok -I see on here that some people are selling barrels. Is there a DIY barrel installation instruction? It can't be that hard if a person has the factory recommended specs knows where to shim etc. If they are available where can I see them?

Please read the FAQs and Help sticky, it's all in there, and a lot more. Wink

I fitted my 223 barrel using glassbedding kit that had the powdered stainless steel in it,and it worked great.I've put over 400 rounds through it so far and its still as tight as when I fitted it.And that includes opening and closing it a couple times a day to load and unload it.Don't know how long it would stay tight on bigger calibers, but I would be willing to give it a try.
