Does anyone know if the maxima rings and bases marketed under the Warne name , the same as the maxima rings and bases marketed by Thompson Center? They look quite a bit alike. Thanks for your help!!!!!

Something else I would like to know who makes T/C scopes. They look like Simmons. Are they?
