That BBT dropped of a pair of them yesterday that I ordered from SOG.  Must say I am impressed and without sounding like a heretic, I sorta like them over the CZ52.  Other than where the importer put their stamp, the finish is pretty good but because of the stamp I'll probably go over them with Duracoat sometime later.  Now to get the dies and other 'necessaties' together.

Nice!!!!!  I like mine too.  The double action first shot is nice too.  The CZ82's are a great affordable shooter/carry gun too.

If you want one don't wait too much longer to get one before they dryup again...Who knows how many will be imported before there all gone.  Get two or more never pass up a great buy...

And don't forget the CZ83,  the CZ75 and the CZ85's too the whole CZ line of pistols are awesome quality pistols.  The CZ75 in 9mm luger is the choice of the russian spec ops.

Finally shot it at the sportsmans club I belong to last week.
Set up bowling pins at 20 ft...knocked 'em down every time with pretty good authority. (WOLF ammo)
Even took a pop at one 75 yds away...mised the first time...aimed a little high the 2nd time and actually knocked it down!
Was amazed by this little gun!
Way more comfortable to shoot than a Makarov...
Gonna get another for sure! Cheesy

After shooting my CZ85DB in 9mm luger I realized how good the CZ line of pistols are.  I got one of the first batch of CZ82's it has a little bit of wear but it shoots great.  My second one came from the excellent batch and there's no flaws on the finish at all it looks like new. I guess most of these dried up very quickly, i knew they would at that price plus there a C&R too.  The CZ82 & 83's do feel good in my hands.  The cz75/85 is just a tad bigger frame wise.  I wonder why the cz83 isn't a c&r yet?  I'd like to get a CZ83 in 32acp for the wife to carry.

Without much on the C&R horizon the 7,62 russian nagants are looking good.  I may have to get a few soon.  I have 1 already and it looks good.(1936)

Love those CZ 82's.  I have two which I purchased from AIM, they came with two mags and a odd leather holster.
Very accurate and easy to reload with the right components.  Bullet selection is poor, not many offered in that dia.
Recoil is sharp for the energy of the round and weight of the pistol.   Ejection of fired cases is cause to cuss if you reload, brass goes somewhere about 25 feet from firing point.  I have changed recoil springs with Wolf's.  Helped some on reducing case loss.
I think with the right springs recoil would be tamed and case loss would reduced.
Great pistol for the price!
Do not shoot on the same day with 380;s and 9mm;s as brass will get mixed and reloading problems will happen!

I notice the 9mm mak round has some bark to it too.  Its no wimp.  I'm surprised these dried up so quickly.  I hope we have more arriving here soon maybe next year?
