what dies are you guys using?  I normally use Lee dies..but after have read the reviews on Midway's site..it seems the Lee are set up for .375 diameter bullets and I will be loading .379 diameter bullets?  Seems the favorite is the RCBS Cowboy dies..

The issue with these rifles is the chamber specs, some chambers are too tight to accept a round with a .379" bullet, even though the bore may be .379-.380". I used Lyman dies with mine and the Lyman "M" die will open the case neck to allow seating of .379" bullets and perhaps even larger although .379" is the largest I ever tried. My chamber accepted .379" bullets with no problem but I doubt it would take .380" and others have had problems with .379s.

4-D Reamers has one that will fix this problem. It's a .400 neck .38-55 reamer. $28.00 rental

I also looked at the reviews at Midway so I got The RCBS Cowboy Dies. I have had good luck with them. My bore is .381 so I think I would have trouble with the Lee dies. I had to Lapp my mold from.379 to .381. but it was worth it. 250 gr bullet with9.5 gr Unique. got me 1 1/4 group at 100 yds
