Possible head separation problem

I am getting this expansion in the case just above the web in my 22-250.  Is this considered normal for this round or is my chamber possibly out of whack?  The expansion is even around the circumference of the case, and I don't see a "bad spot" so to speak.  I can see this leading to eventual head separation after a few re-loads.  It occurs with the factory ammo, and with my "mild" hand loads of only 36.5 grs. of H380.  It is expanding about .002" ... just enough to force me to re-size the whole case every re-load, as opposed to just re-sizing the neck.  This is gonna kill me on the economy side of bass savings.  Is there any way I can spec out my chamber and compare it to other chambers (yours), in this caliber for reference.  I don't want to send it in if it is within specs and they won't replace/fix it.

I have to full size my 22-250 handi reloads too.  Common

Sounds normal to me.  A round like the 22-250 will open the frame a little, I haven't heard of anyone who doesn't have to full length resize for a Handi.  .002 isn't really a lot of expansion so life is good.  Larry
