I recently bought a used Handi Rife in 7mm-08.  I shot it today with 140 grn Remington factory ammunition, and it is gong to need a lot of work.  The first problem I am having is about half of the cases are sticking.  It is also very difficult to open the rifle( like the firing pin is sticking in the primers).  I have tried searching the FAQs but I haven't found a lot of references to this problem.  Is this a matter of simply polishing the chamber, or do I need to look at other issues.  This is an ejector barrel( I think, it throws the case completely out of the chamber when it doesn't stick.

I have a Buffalo Classic I purchased new but I have not experienced any of these issues with it.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

See Chamber Polishing in the FAQs, also read the Handi Basics 101.  Wink
