Having spent some time staring at parts and not having much luck attempting to assemble a 1908 Bayard, I wonder if anyone can point me to free assembly information. Google and other web searches only turn up a place to buy the instructions. Any help much appreciated!

Thanks, Wiley, I was able to find a picture of parts there, but no instructions or ID of the parts. Picture will help me to make sure I have all parts. Regards!

Hmm...that's a tough one.  I have an Imperial marked Bayard 1908.  I would have thought Numrich had a schematic for the 1908 but apparently not.  I looked in my, now old, Numrich catalogue, and there is no schematic in there either.  Keep looking...somewhere there is bound to be an exploded parts diagram with clearly labeled parts.

Cheers,
Gary

Other than that schematic at vestpockets webpage, I never found another drawing/diagram/instruction for this pistol.  As I stated in my other post on the Bayard 1908 I finally got the firing pin and enjoyed shooting it! I am working on the rust issues now and may even get it re-blued since it will stay in my family forever anyway, the value won't be an issue.
