+10 for trotterlg!! I sent him my 357 max barrel with iron sights and he was going to cut it from 22" to 16.5" for me. I completely expected him to just cut and crown it but as a bonus is fitting the front site back on.  I couldn't ask for a better guy to do work on my barrel. I would recommend him to ANYONE any day. You guys are great people here...I'm a member of about 10 forums and this one is by far the best. +10 for you guys and Larry. Thanks again!! On a side note...I will be getting you guys pictures of my shortened 357 max barrel on a SB2 frame and youth synthetic black stock asap. |

Larry is truly one of the GBO JEWELS for certain!! Part of a crew of SUPER GUYS here on GBO! Larry helped me out with a special job as well, making a rim cut into my 308 handi barrel effectively transforming it into a 307Winchester "lickety split"!! I'm privileged to also own a couple of his barrels. Affectionately referred to as "Trotter Specials". THANK YOU LARRY for everything you do!!! Larry has just done it again. He salvaged a ruined .357 barrel by reaming it to 35 Remington which prompted a 3 way swap by members here and each got the barrel they wanted. The man is a Prince.  Pete |

Add one more member to the trotterlg flan club! His detailed and informative posts have given me the confidence and knowledge to build a few of my own stubbed barrels successfully. His posts are especially informative due to the excellent step by step picture documentation that guide you through the process.
