Oh man, I'm "below average"! This really makes me have to look harder at the .45LC Carbine I saw on Saturday. . . . Anyone want to talk me into it or out of it?

UPDATE: 11 NOV 2009 @ 1518
276 Handi-Holics.
1,296 Complete Guns.
242 Extra Barrels.
14 Extra Frames.
5.1 per Handi-Holic
Updated Handi-holic-ism Level Chart:
Intern Handi-holic 1 Average Handi-holic 5 Journeyman Handi-holic 10 Senior Handi-holic 15 Master Handi-holic 20
Terminal NUTS Handi-holic! 29
Note: Please Handi-holics, even ones with only one Handi, we need your numbers (number of Handi-holics is more important than the Handi’s themselves, counting the guns is just fun). Besides we all started with just one Handi.
Tim can represent the NUMBER of handi-holics whenever he talks with anyone connected to the Company. It can’t hurt.

Streak, I meant the H&R CR-45LC.
How have people liked it? Guess I need to do some searching to find out, but welcome any views here.
My hometown is Baton Rouge, but settled post-Army retirement near St. Francisville, in "English Louisiana."

The 45LC BC Carbine is extremely popular, that's why they're hard to find and accessory barrels have been sold out for quite a while. Tim http://www.hr1871.com/Firearms/Rifles/buffalo.asp

ThomasB...not just good for the grandkids. After"trying" out my sons 20" full choke .410...it is my new favorite rabbit gun. So light to carry and with 1/2 once of #6 shot it has not let me down yet. It's gonna be hard to give it up. Jerry

Add two more... Bull Barrel .223 (wooden stock) that I've had for a few years and which was the impetus for buying my deer rifle a .44 mag... which my 11 year old son shot a box of ammo through at the sighting-in party and guess who is using it for deer hunting NOW Ok by me but I can't believe the lil 105lb kids LOVES shooting that gun - it rocks him pretty good but he's accurate enough with it to make me think we aren't starting a flinching problem. So - that means I am still using the in-line muzzleloader that I've used for years. But since I am interested in the kid getting a deer more than myself it's working out fine. Of course he wants one for Christmas... the next generation of Handi-holics MSgt (Retired) U.S. Air Force

As of last night I had an addition that, as a result, changes the net count by: Subtracting one (1) extra (25-06) barrel, and Adding one (1) complete (25-06) rifle.

I saw another thread about most popular calibers - and I suspect that data was coming from here: So, the 3 rilfes I mentioned above are 243 Bull, 500 S&W, and 45LC Carbine. The shotgun is a 20, modified. The extra barrel will be a 270.

Just how many H&R + NEF Rifles, Shotguns, Rimfires does this forum own!!!
We must represent a large amount of the business.
Tim has 46 (just read that in another thread).
I have 39 complete frames and barrels.
That is a total of 85 so far...
Add yours to the total.
