 On the Animal Planet Channel,some guys were filming Cape Buffalo at 3AM,and they were in a Landcruiser looking vehicle.
 No big deal,but tell me this,what in the world makes them think that the lion won't come in from the top of the vehicle for some supper?
 I did not see, any guns for protection... Huh

They keep the guns out of sight. You can bet they have several armed men making sure the they don't get hurt. If they do have to have an animal shot in self defense you will never see or hear about it.

Look at it this way flintman. Had you rather watch a bunch of dumb buffalo eat grass at night, or had you rather watch a bunch of dumb animal huggers empty out of a Landrover with a lion attached to their butts? Your call. Grin

Friend of mine had a Cape destroy a Land Cruiser whilst he was busy putting 416 Rigby rounds into it.  That would'a made a good movie.

 I suppose you guys may have seen the well travelled video of the battle in Kreuger Nat Park in S. Africa. It is a real cliff-hanger right to the end..
