Hi all, got my 40mm barrel home, am going to start working on it. I wanted to know about welding on the barrel, and any do's and don'ts that you guys may have come across in making your cannons. I have no idea what type steel that barrels is. so any help you can give me  on welding the trunnions and the breech will be great.
And thanks for all the help you have given me so far.
