El Paso, TX, and I'd be interested in talking with anyone in the area: west Texas, New Mexico, or Arizona.

WELCOME to the board!

Even though you're in a bordering state you're about 500 miles away!  If there aren't any cannon folks near you, you'll just have to introduce a few folks to cannons!

Presque Isle Maine.  That's right, the land of record breaking snow.  It is currently snowing and we are pushing 200 inches this year.

We are glad to see you all.  Welcome and make yourselves to home.  We are getting more and more worldly now adding another antipodean.

Dave, I am really glad you are back among use...I sure didn't want to see your location listed as The National Cemetery.

I suggest you new folks take a few minutes and go through the posts at the top of the board you will find the answers to a lot of the questions you may have as well as the ground rules for this board.

hi there all you gunners

I ain't really new to the forum , but still have a lot to read before I catch up with all of you

I live in an very very tiny town called Smedjebacken , located 140 miles northwest of Stockholm
( the capital of SWEDEN )

but I prefer cannons in any shape and size to the viking broadsword  Grin

hope to see any people here from asia , africa and  europe also,
it seems that its only americans that are crazy enough to shoot cannons ,
maybe I was born at the wrong place   Grin

Queensland, Australia, west of Brisbane.
Just moved to a 2.5 acre allotment in a semi-rural area where I am in the process of building the workshop from hell.  Hope to start cranking out a few cannons when I am operational again.  Mostly been involved in regular machining and gunsmithing, finding myself more attracted to 'larger' endeavours the closer I get to retirement.  When I have something worthy of showing to the people here I will post with (hopefully) build pics as well.

I just love the info I can get from this site, I copy and use it all the time.

Thanks to all for being a part of this.

In the middle of Delaware County NY, on a dead end dirt road where the fishing is good on our land and the closest neighbor is over a mile down range.

Born, raised, live and work a stone's throw (or maybe a cannon shot, but always able to see the planes taking off) from LAX in CA.

I musta been switched at birth with a city baby though; always longing for a simple rural life...
