What is the procedure to change you address on a C&R?

I moved to a different state and would like to keep me C&R.

Thanks for the help,

North Nick

I sent her two e-mails with no answer.  She must be on vacation.

I will keep trying,

If you haved moved already it is too late.

From the ATF website:

"(C10) May a licensee change the location of the licensed business or activity? [Back]

To change your location, you must file an application for an amended license, ATF Form 5300.38, not less than 30 days prior to the move. You must obtain the amended license before commencing business at the new location. The application for an amended license would include the certification of compliance with state and local laws and notification of local law enforcement officials as outlined in Question A2."

This goes for C&R license holders as well.

I know it says 30 days prior, but I waited until I compleated my move and sent it in.  No where on the form does it ask anything about the date of your move.  In my case, I had a great job offer and totally moved in 2 weeks, didn't have a new address a month ahead.
