From this past April.....bird on right was 21 lbs with a 9.5 in beard, bird on left was 19 lbs. Both gobblers were two year olds but the 19 pounder never grew a beard.....weird.

Nice birds jmabrey! I noticed you were using the new magnum blend loads. Just curious what you thought of them. Haven't talked to anyone that has used them yet. I'm using Hevi-13 #6 now but I was thinking about seeing how the magnum blends patterned for next spring.

My son and I are blessed to live in the Missouri Ozarks with some of, if not the best, turkey hunting anywhere in the country. :)
My son's biggest bird yet. 30 lbs, Tripple beard 11 1/2" beard, 10 3/4"beard, 9 1/4" beard, 1 1/4" spurs My son was pretty tired from having worked all night and we hunted hard to get this awesome bird.

My 23 lb, 12" beard, 1 1/2" spurs Tom
