Well a friend of mine found out friday he has a cancer on his pancreas and will not be going on his hunt     this year.He wanted to give me his tag i told him i did not think that was allowed.I told him to call and ask for a refund.So what can actually be done about getting a refund or selling it to someone.THANKS
