Too cold to ride or what.

Boy is this forum quiet. Must be too cold to ride and everybody is sitting by the fireplace.  ;D

Well last week the rain & snow stopped and we had a couple clear days. Even though it was in the 30s I pulled " big red " out of the container and rode the town loup. Down front street, past the breakwater, & out around the graveyard. At least I got out for a bit.

Anybody else been out ?

 Like you I took a short ride to town and back couple times. Last couple days it warmed to near 60s. But got home to house full of grandbabies, and tornados last week. I guess I am just making excuses. I really want 70s more frequent I guess.

I would like to see 70s to ride in too, but where I live that dosen't happen often. Even in the summer.  ;) If I waited for that warm of weather I'd never get to ride...  ;D

 Well it looks like we will have 60s and clear skies for Saturday, so just maybe. I would like to ride in the 50's but my blood is to thin and I get chilled to fast, especially my fingers.

Yeah, 50 is my comfort threshold.  Been out the few times in the afternoon that it was over 50, but no communting rides yet as it is never above 50 without rain right now.
