Political Correctness is a doctrine, recently fostered by a delusional , illogical minority and promoted by a sick mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a piece of cr*p by the clean end!

Now, with special thanks to the Truman Museum and Harry himself, you and I finally have a full understanding of what "POLITICAL CORRECTNESS" really means.....

All three were answers to nobody's question. Winchester bailed on those, too.

Default Winchester 350 Legend

Pulled one of the 145 gr fmj bullets. Had 20.9 gr of ball powder possibly Win 760.

Bullet diameter was .355 and sidewall had evidence of significant taper crimp. Bullet pull was stubborn with my inertia puller and makes sense given neck tension and good crimp.
Going to clean it tomorrow and hopefully shoot a couple groups/ chrono.

It weighs 3-4 oz heavier than my Ruger ranch .450 but makes sense given the bore diameter is smaller in the same barrel Profile.
Hate extended mags and this one is 1.5” longer than .450bm.. obviously needed the additional length to help get need angle to cycle. The Mag is steel( maybe 2 of the 4 oz diff) and holds 5 rounds. It has anew mag release button which is much better than the plastic mags have.
Seems a lot better quality.

Cycling it slow feels sticky as the angle to feed is apparent. With the 145fmj flat nose, it hangs against the nose but if a bit of push is given or if you cycle it faster than a slow crawl, the stickiness disappears. My gut feeling is that with soft point or tipped bullets, it will be even smoother.

Doesn’t have a muzzle brake( and I’m glad)but is threaded with a protector if you want to add one. I like this as best option and dads can add one if they feel need, yet keep as is if worried about hearing protection etc...
The trigger is awesome as mist Ruger Americans are and goes down to 3.25# according to my Caldwell trigger scale. Of course they can be “modded” easily to reach 2.5# or lower If a little searching on the net.
I do like the feel of the rifle, to me it feels more like the 22” Ruger Americans and more balanced than the almost too light .450 Ranches are.

My 12 yo and I will shoot some groups hopefully tomorrow and see how It groups with the cheap 145 fmjs..
