Don't believe so. I think they are likely re-chambered 7.62x39 barrels which were offered by H&R for a short time. Someone will correct me if that is wrong.
Under the H&R forums header, in the FAQ's for centerfire rifles there is a list of barrels made with twist rates for factory offered barrels. H&R - NEF did not make a factory 303 barrel. There may be some rechambered or rebored or stubbed barrels out there.
I had a 24” 223 heavy barrel rebored & rechambered to 303 Britt by Wayne York. It’s a tack driver.
