Mine is chambered with the Graybeard reamer which if I remember correctly is a CLY110 and has a 35 degree shoulder. If I were to make a custom chamber type die I would use the same reamer.
Back when I started this project I commented that I was unable to find brass, and a couple of individuals here graciously sent me K-Hornet brass fired in their guns. Some of it was a perfect fit in my chamber, some of it had longer necks with the shoulder a little farther back (these fire formed to my chamber just fine) and some of it had base dimensions which were too large for my chamber.
I just got 100 new Winchester cases, head stamped W-W Super. Yesterday I fired 10 with the published starting load of Lil Gun and 55 grain Hornady SPSX. Loading, shooting and fire forming went well, no troubles. Fired cases look good, nicely formed. Primers were a little flat (Winchester small pistol standard, not magnum, primer). Average velocity was 2,582 fps. This is more than I expected as the published velocity for that load is 2,551 with a 24” barrel. Mine is 18.25” so I think I can back off that load a little bit. Accuracy was 1.6 MOA. Anyway, I'll play with these case and see how it goes. Thanks for the offer!

Reason: corrected barrel length
