There is a large beekeepers farm in Mims. I get my beehives nucs from there.

Hmmmm........does he use a piece of FPL Overhead High Voltage Powerline easement along the south side of State Road 46, otherwise a cow and horse pasture, to store hives? I think a bear got in there once before and dumped a few of them over. What's a "nuc"?

The real estate turned out to be cheaper in Mims than on Merritt Island, but was close to everything.
We let family use it when they vacationed in Florida.
