"Brothers in Arms" TV
This program on the history channel really ticks me off because that air time could have gone to someone who actually knows how to do what the say they are doing. First episode I saw they said they were going to build a Blunderbuss. What they did was ruin a Browning 10 gauge pump shotgun by shortening the barrel and attaching a funnel to the muzzle. Then they were going to build a "Mega-Bazooka", what they built was a muzzle loading pipe bomb of slightly over one inch bore and fired solid copper bullets. They could have easily built an actual rocket launcher and obtained actual rockets from a fireworks maker but never mind because somehow those solid copper bullets blew up a house. Like Yeah, Right, Sure. I won't even go into their ignorance of how to headspace a Browning machinegun. It's all about smoke and fire and noise and bull crap.
The story of David & Goliath only demonstrates the superiority of ballistic projectiles over hand weapons, poor old Goliath never had a chance.
