This one is 5 houses south of me, on the opposite side of the street.

Didn't even know he was there until today.

He got out of his backyard 😱, imagine that, and had himself a little terrorist run in the neighborhood.

Saw one of my other neighbors dogs (3 houses south across the street) through a front window.

So, him being a sweet, wouldn't hurt anything, or anybody pitbull, he broke through the window, cutting himself up pretty good getting in (blood all over the brick, window sill, and inside), and attacked the two house dogs IN THE HOUSE!.

The window and everything looked like a damm murder scene.

Lucky for me, I wasn't sitting on my front porch or in my garage with either of my dogs. I do both locations a lot.

Lucky for him, cause I keep a loaded shotgun in my jeep, but he'd a killed Linda's little dog before I coulda stopped him unless I saw him coming.

Now, their apparently gonna fight having to put him down, and he now is supposed to be kept in the house, in a crate, waiting on the city court decision. 5 houses south of me.🙄

I personally think they should put the pitbull, and its owner both down. Neither have any sense, and I've never met a pitbull owner that wouldn't argue the sweetness of their pos dog.

We have small kids playing out front all up and down the street every day.

Guess I'll keep the shot gun a little closer.

Now the dog has a record and you just need an opportunity. Similar situation in my neighborhood a few years back and the neighbor trapped the pitbull in his garage. SSS and problem solved.

Several years ago I dropped the hammer on one in my front yard.
All I had with me at the time was a snub nose, and it was a nonfatal head shot, done a lot a damage, and solved the problem.
Since then, I switched to the sss method. I don't even complain to anyone
If the dog is aggressive, and or habitual, byebye.
The one in question here, I've not met. Yet.

Only comical part of this situation was when the old man called me. He said, "I've got him trapped in the garage, now what do we do?" Lol

Poor old guy was scared to death. Pit killed his little dog about a month earlier. I got a death grip on the door knob and opened the man door about 6"

I'll keep Linda's little dog in, but when I go to the garage, or work out front ole Rufus, my Heeler goes with me.

If the pitbull shows up ole Rufus'll handle him till get the gun.
Rufus is 1/8th Border Collie so he's a little bigger than most healers. 52 lbs last month at the vet.
My gun will be in easy reach.😉

Had one try to attack me once. I had my .45 on my side but had to wait for a clear safe shot. Two quick shots and the creature died on my left boot..

Loaded him up quickly and fed him to some turtles in the next county.

Last year a gang of pit bulls killed a elderly lady while going to her mailbox . We see one or two cases a year on the local news of pit bulls killing something or someone .
