AOC demands they change Black Friday next year to ‘Friday of Color’
16 hours ago GENESIUS TIMES: Exavier Saskagoochie

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was furious today after she learned that retailers and shopping outlets were still referring to the day after Thanksgiving as “Black Friday”.

She has demanded that they start referring to the make-shift holiday next year as “Friday of Color”.

“This is 2019 so that means next year is going to be 2020,” Ocasio-Cortez said in a press conference. “It’s about time that we start referring to dates using politically correct terminology.”

The demand came after former Vice-President Joe Biden said that they should let African Americans shop on days other than Black Friday.

“You’re either moving forward with things like these or you’re a Nazi,” Ocasio-Cortez added.

A spokesperson for Macy’s was not available for comment.

“All that was great in the past was ridiculed, condemned, combated, suppressed — only to emerge all the more powerfully, all the more triumphantly from the struggle.”

Ok, we can always use the term negro Friday. That's a word for the color black.

Why is a AOC communist from Venezuela, a completely failed government trying to tell us what our blacks should do?
And why they should do it? This woman is completely daft.

Because she is the elected official. The representative of those who voted her in as we already know.

I only know a few words of the Spanish language but I believe "oso negro" translates to "black bear" in English. Please don't tell her about this or she will want them to be be called "bears of color"

I'm thinking this could all be solved by re-writing the english language. Simple guttural, sounds like grunts and ughs would suffice in most cases. A burp and a fart would have new meaning depending on the volume and duration. The severity of the odor could signify the various degrees of annoyance or anger... I mean, the sky is the limit here. Be as big or as little as you want and fart your way into political office
