Default Will the stock and forearm fit

From a H&R handi 25-06 rifle fit a H&R single barrel shotgun. I just swapped out the factory stock for a Boyd's thumbhole for my 25-06 and have a guy wanting the factory stock and forearm for his daughters shotgun. I don't want to pay to ship it near across country since I am giving it away if it will not fit. I would think the stock may but not sure at all about the forearm.
Thanks WKG

I hope your shotgun was part of a rifle/shotgun combo pack (SB2).
Otherwise you might want to watch which action you have, fastening a rifle barrel to a (SB1) cast shotgun receiver may be a bad combination.
Use the (SB2) investment cast steel receiver for your .25-06 swap.

the stock will diffinately fit. The fore arm should fit. The 410, 10ga & 12ga ultra slug have different size channels in fore arms. They can always hog out the channel and reseal it with polyurethane if they need to. I did that with a 20ga ultra slug

303 Britt is my favorite Handi!

Rex,

You should edit and correct your post. The sb1 is the ductile iron lower pressure receiver meant for shotguns. The sb2 is the steel receiver for high pressure rifle calibers. Even though the op didn't need the advice as I'm sure his 25-06 has an sb2 receiver it may cause confusion for someone else reading this thread.

Rex if you have a sb1 mounted to a rifle barrel, please stop using it as such and get the proper sb2 receiver for it.

All of my favorite creatures have white bottoms.
