Default Shortening and threading for chokes on a .410?

I picked up another .410 today and its a full choke ejector model. Im thinking about having the barrel shortened to about 19 and having it threaded for screw-in chokes.
What are your thoughts? Have you had it done on a .410 and what was your experience?

Thank you!
