1975 Nylon 10c.
Took awhile to get the mags to work correctly..
Had to glue a short piece of clothes hangar wire on the magazine shelf..
But now it snaps in there and locks up like a bank vault.
Shoots five for five Everytime.
Very accurate and absolutely totally fun to shoot.
Have a ten round magazine that's working good too.
Very realiable weapon.
I found one in a shop locally this week and the magazine will not stay locked in place. The owner of the store says it needs a new spring in the clip that holds the magazine in place. Is this an easy repair? Everything I am reading about NOT taking one of the guns apart has me running shy on buying the rifle.

I've got two, a Mohawk brown my dad bought for me as a kid.......tens of thousands of rounds through it...still has the same Bushnell scope I put on it in the 70's.....still goes to the range with me every time I go........and an Apache Black...from the mid 80's.....that I bought for my now deceased step son. Not many rounds through it at all.... I'd agree it's one of the finest autoloading 22's ever built...
