Default .243 Rifle for sale - SOLD PENDING FUNDS

SOLD PENDING FUNDS

For sale is a .243 Handi Rifle. Photos attached. Synthetic monte carlo stock, 24" barrel, muzzle diameter is .765", not sure if that's standard contour or bull barrel.

This gun shoots approximately 5/8" group at 100 yards. This is with 100 grain flat base bullets (Sierra Pro Hunter). Have not had much luck with boat tail bullets.

I fit this barrel to the frame by epoxying (J B Weld) a shim to the barrel underlug.

The scope is a Simmons Whitetail Classic 6.5-20x50.

Asking $350 shipped for the rifle with scope, $250 shipped for the rifle less the scope and rings.

I would sell the barrel alone for $140 shipped, or the barrel, scope and rings for $240 shipped. (Barrel would ship direct, rifle would ship to ffl dealer).

If you reload, I would also include 1 box plus a partial (17 bullets) of the Sierra Pro Hunter bullets along with the rifle or the barrel.

Please ask any questions, or let me know if you need other photos.

I would also entertain trade offers, just not sure what I'm looking for there.

Barrel is not marked 'varmint'. Only marking is "CAL 243 WIN".

Attched is a photo of the last target I shot with it, 3 shots at 100 yards.

I've got dies, brass, some components, rock chucker, Lubrisizer, molds lee classic press, scales, powder throwers, Dillon 550 .38/357 dies, tool head, shell plate. If you're looking for something let me know I may have it.

I'm primarily just interested in the barrel. But would consider whole gun.

Jacob, can you provide pictures of the Rockchucker, Lee classic press, scales and powder throwers? May be interested in some combination of those.

Thanks.

Tim
