When you take the cutoff and are going toward Seward, a few miles down the road there's a little "trailhead" on the right. I can't think of the name of it. (do you know the name?) You can park there and go up into the mountains and waaaaaay back in there, there's a nice forestry service cabin. Do you ever go in there???

Yes, it goes up to Cresent Lake. Pretty back there. We used to snowmachine back there and it was great but the USFS closed it down. Pretty good fishing back there too IF you know where to look!
