Amirali Hajizadeh, head of the Guards' aerospace division, told the Iranian Students' News Agency: "An aircraft carrier that has at least 40 to 50 planes on it and 6,000 forces gathered within it was a serious threat for us in the past but now... the threats have switched to opportunities."He added: "If [the Americans] make a move we will hit them in the head."

I doubt that missile would even get close before a Destroyer knocked it out of the sky. More Iranian bragging.
And you can bet some Boomer, or a hunter killer somewhere is going to respond immediately. Showing
Iran how to make glass bowls.

IRAN MILITARY HAVE 150+ SS N 22 SUNBURN P270 MOSKIT

ran & ASCMs

Iran currently does not possess any reliable western ASCM. They have either used up these missiles (i.e., Harpoons purchased by the Shah) in Iran-Iraq War, or their Western-supplied systems are so extremely unreliable that they cannot be considered operational (e.g., their Sea Killers).[xi] However, Iran has acquired a number of Chinese ASCM models " perhaps 100 Seersuckers,[xii] 125 Sardines[xiii] and 75 Saccades, and perhaps more.[xiv] There are also reports that Iran acquired the Russian SS-N-22 Moskit, also known as the Sunburn[xv], though the reliability of these reports is disputed.[xvi]

Well I don't think we are going to lay around and let them hit us in the head lol. How Juvenal.
Sagia, you really don't think that we have space weapons that could see this launch and take it out?
I'm sure we do, or Trump wouldn't be placing an aircraft Carrier in those waters.

Not all those rocket launches off the CA.coast from an Air Force base were heading to the ISS.
Even if that's what they are saying they were doing. White sands MISSILE range. By the way
in case you didn't know, that's what they do there.

I’m no Admiral Nelson, but if anticipation of a shooting war, I’d want to be outside the straits of Hormuz. Let the tankers and a few sophisticated decoys soak up the Iranian missiles. Target the launchers from way out in the gulf.

Ammunition is like firewood. The more you have, the warmer you feel.
