well does this mean that all the saving thier iraqy hides and us blood spilled lives lost as in helping our the iraq people in the past war, liberating them means squat crap now for us in the usa. wow and now as we do a regime change in iran and thinking its going to be long term solution will led to this same scenario in the future ?
arent we just the suckers to the military industrial complex making lots of $ off us in taxes

I spent three years over there.
Knew it was a waste of time from the start.
Should have left Saddam alone.

I can agree with that as well ... he kept the loonies at bay. He was brutal at it, but it appears that's what their culture demands. However, there were a couple of other willing candidates that would've stepped in after we took him, and been a bit less worrisome for US interests.

Exactly.. Saddam kept them in control.
And they loved it..
True story..
Met an Iraqi named Amesh..he said.
He at one time was the groundskeeper for one of Saddams palace's..(in his words)...
He said Saddam was VERY GOOD to him and his family..
Saddam say...plant tree here...Amesh say..I plant tree where he say.. I not plant tree over there.
Or Saddam kill me and my family..
Saddam , he very good man...
And that sums it all up ..right there.
