The law will create more restrictions on ammo buyers by forcing them to buy face-to-face from licensed dealers, rather than the internet, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Unhappy california law goes into affect

next month that purchasing of ammo will require a background check, no mail or internet purchases and you may NOT import ammo...you know...pick up ammo in AZ, NV or elsewhere in your travels and bring it back with you.

lead, follow, or get out of the way!

California needs to become it's own country! They try to over rule federal law by making up their own laws that over rule federal law. I think it's just a matter of time before that law goes to the way side just like the magazine capacity ban.

If I am buying a product on gunbroker and 3 vendors all have the same product for the same price but one advertises "no sales to California" then he is the one that I buy from. I see their boycott as a positive!

Heck they want their own rules without any outside interference then thats what we should give them. They can become their own country. They can run it as they see fit but when they want to break ties with the rest of the country as far as the federal laws they follow then they should expect the federal funding to be cut as well.
