Do you truly think the "deep state" is 100% of the CIA, or have you given it a moment's thought that the percentages may vary from 100% ?

Many reports are saying the FBI had some bad actors, but the rank & file agents were decent, hard working agents.

The bad actors seems to have been primarily to those appointed by the previous administration.

When any organization or group go bad, it doesn't HAVE to be a complete all-or-nothing proposition.

For instance, I have worked at jobs where we had some real screwups, but they were a distinct minority, most were smart, hard workers.

Correct. CIA, FBI, and DOJ cannot be trusted with anything. I know it, you know it, and that is the general perception of these tainted bureaucracies. Whenever, say, FBI is involved with anything, they face widespread derision. For example, the dive boat company raid last Sunday. It is assumed that FBI is abusing its power, and that assumption is made widely. Likewise CIA. Clapper and Brennan destroyed their own credibility and that of CIA.

True, Clapper and Brennan were bad eggs, but many who are familiar with the situation say that most of the regular agents are OK..
