I think the defendants at the Nuremberg trails said the same thing.

Don't over do it, just enough will do.

So basically, he was just shooting at bodies or maybe trying to hit Kevin Harris and took a gamble. Either way, you don't shoot when you don't know what you are shooting at.

It really is quite scary knowing that our government will make big mistakes like this and of instead of backing off, they double down. Had it not been for the media and neighbors showing up in full force, I suspect they would have been all killed.

.
Surprisingly..or perhaps not so surprisingly, Hiruochi the sniper was later promoted under the Clinton regime !

FBI head, Louis Freeh, said Vicki was shot because they had to protect their fellow agents. How a woman standing on the porch, with her back to the door and holding her baby, was a threat to those agents..is a mystery yet today !

Was it then, under the Clinton years that the FBI went completely rotten...especially when they got away clean with the Waco massacre ?

.
Should we be surprised that Comey's FBI had grown as rotten as it did ?

Hmm, had to protect their agents. I thought their job was to protect citizens. That says a lot about the mentality.
