As both nations fight the coronavirus pandemic – the United States has now overtaken China as the country with the most cases in the world – the People’s Liberation Army is expected to step up drills in the region to boost combat training.
The latest were joint exercises by its air force and navy that simulated face-to-face encounters with invading foreign aircraft and warships in the South China Sea on March 10, according to the official PLA Daily.
The drills included searches of unidentified foreign aircraft with the help of surface vessels, and driving enemy planes out of China’s airspace – even “shooting them down with missiles to stop them from attacking Chinese warships”, the report said.

I wondered if china Russia and korea would take advantage of the mess we have here and push there agendas while we are to busy to respond. Even our air craft carriers are infected with this flu thing. How can we fight a war when were giving away all the money the government has to people that don't really need it. Money we need for the military that were spending to insure tom and sally can go on a cruise to Jamaica next year!

MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! STEEL FOR TANKS NOT FENCES!!!

We may as well face it, someday we will have a confrontation day with China...unless they dump communism/socialism..

We may as well recognize that and prepare for it. It could be either economic or military, but we should be prepared either way.

I am not convinced that the Chinese regime did not purposely foist this upon the world..aimed at the US ! They had the means, method and motive !

I basically agree with confrontation (however they will delay until it is too late for the US). Why would they dump communism/socialism when it has worked very well for them???
