Default F/a 353

Hi guys I have not been on here for a while shame on me. Any way what can you single action guys tell me about the F/A 353 in 357 mag good or bad?

It is my most accurate revolver. I use it mostly for deer hunting with a 180 grain bullet. I get 3" groups at 75 yards which is as far as I will shoot at a deer provided I have a good shot at the vitals.

Thanks Fyrstyk.
I bid on one on Gunbroker but got out bid on it. But I ended up buying a real nice F/A 97 Premier Grade in 357 mag. I think I will like it better as my hands are not real large and 6 shot might be a little lighter. I guess we will see in a week or so.

The 97 is a nice gun, but you can't load it up as much as the 353. I have some 180 grain loads that surpass factory 357 Max velocities and are safe in the 353 but would be too much for the 97.

It will be fine with regular loads I don't need any that hot anyway. Thanks for the reply .
