Might have to try it again. I made some years ago. OK, but a little bitter as I recall. I mainly remember I wasn't impressed enough to drink it regularly. That doesn't mean its not good for you. Maybe just more like medicine then something you look forward to as a drink.

I've had it a bunch of times now, it's actually not bad. The taste is very mild. I make it when I'm camping or hiking and forget to bring tea bags.
