Mr. Imperato should take a field trip to where CVA Scout and Hunter single shots are made...and then call a company meeting when back home and ask, "If they can do it, why can't we? Where did we fumble?"

I still own my Henry 30-30 ss, but also picked up a used CVA Hunter in 7mm-08. No comparison on the hammer pull or trigger. The CVA is as crisp as many of my bolt guns.

How folks love the Henrys is beyond me.

Does the Henry single shot shotguns have the same heavy trigger issue?

Liberal Logic 101:
Americans shall be required to submit to a background check to exercise a right already guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment while any foreigner shall be allowed into America without submitting to a background check.

Date stamp on my 45-70 tag is 2/20 and it doesn't have the small inner spring. No idea if they're still using the same # big spring, but my trigger is at 6.5#
