Aint picky on what they are as long as I can see through them and can afford them.

Those things are cheap I picked up a set in a case 8x50 new for 20 bucks, cabalas bass pro Walmart mine are Bushnell of course most if not all are made in china.

New, I suggest Athlon Optics Neos 10x42. Available under $100 at the moment and great value for money

Used, try before you buy! But there are some fantastic deals out there at pawn shops if you can be patient.

Poorly made binocs are awful.

In that price range you can buy most anything you want. Just go to the closest outdoor store and pick whatever looks best to your eye. Be sure to take them outside to test.
