Default .30-30 Barrel??? Please Close.

I'm looking for a .30-30 "beater" barrel to have bored out to .38-55. Well, it doesn't have to be a beater but the end result will be that Jesse will do his magic on it. Prefer ejector, but extractor will also be acceptable.

Thanks,

Might be better to use a different caliber barrel, such as a .223. That would allow Jesse to cut the rim recess when chambering and give a possibly better fit.

Besides, we need to leave as many 30/30 barrels as possible for future owners to learn the versatility of the cartridge in the handiest gun around.

Which is why I asked for a beater barrel; however, your suggestion of a .223 barrel would also work, so let's add that to the request.
