Default Gold bead & shallow V Express sights for Redhawk??

Hey All -
I've owned a Redhawk 44 Mag. for over 20 years, a Super Redhawk 454 Casull for 15 years, and just recently acquired a Redhawk 45 Colt... love those Redhawks - built like tanks.
Anyway, the Super Redhawk is scoped - probably always will be, the 44 Mag has a set of Ruger's gold bead & shallow-v sights (GBVR) I purchased shortly after buying the gun - best set of precision open sights I've had the pleasure of shooting!! For me anyways...
Long story short, I'd like to get a second set of these (or comparable) sights for the 45 as I shoot em well. I've looked to no avail and really don't want to break the bank on custom sights, just wondering if anyone has a suggestion & experience with something currently available at a reasonable price?
Appreciate any help!
Randy

yeah...i dont think they make them like they used to (the older i get the truer that gets). they do make a bead front sight, but it isnt like your old one.

crying shame, too.

I grafted the gb onto a single six front sight and used the vr leaf on a SSM 6-1/2" .32 mag back when. I sure miss it, I once killed 3 prairie dogs off the same mound at 80 yards resting on the truck mirror.
A great sight set up. Good luck in your search.

Google Big Dot Express Sights. Iíve got a set on my Glock 19. Had them on my 1911s. Check they may make them for revolvers too.

Good luck, I've been looking for a set for about the past 15 years with no luck. I let the set I had go with the Red Hawk when I sold it.

Couple years back I put gold bead front and shallow V on my 5&1/2" Redhawk but, changed the front to a fiberoptic green, now. Works for me"

Just ordered a set of the Gold Dot/V notch rear sight sets from Reeder Custom for my 6 inch GP100 Talo Edition, I'll see how they compare to the set I got from Ruger years ago. I really liked them on my stainless Red Hawk.

Got the sights in and installed them on my 6 inch GP100 and it made a world of difference, I can hit the 6 inch plate at 60 yds in my backyard on a regular basis now. With the Factory sights that came on it I could only hit it about 2 out of 6 times now it is usually 5 out of 6. That's from a braced position of course.
