Default Anderson Window Problems

Spring time in my world means maintenance and cleanup of all the thing you store in winter. No surprise. You expect some minor repairs and even replacing some things. This year after replacing my non working power washer I discovered 3 of the 5 front Anderson windows had rotted frames. Surprisingly on all the south facing side of my house. These are supposed to be fairly immune to frame rot as they are vinyl clad wood or so I thought. I dug out my homeowners literature only to discover they had a 10 year warranty. The house was built new about 19 years ago. Has anyone else had this issue with Anderson windows? Anyone got a good replacement window that will not cost me as much as my house?

This spring is shaping up to be a doozey in terms of repair and replacement. This last winter, for whatever reason, seems to have been really hard on my stored items. So far I have had to replace 2 of 3 of my sprayers, my weed-eater, power washer, all of my garage door weather stripping, repair the garage door tracks too. The bracket got bent somehow... I knew I had some minor leaking around the doors in my garage, but when I started that replacement project I actually discovered the beginning of some sill plate damage. So that is now getting repaired...

Holy cow batman where is my tool belt?

Cartridges for My Entertainment: 22lr, .223 Rem, 30-06, 380 ACP, 38 spcl, 357 mag/max, , 35 Remington, 35 Whelen, 358 Norma Mag, 10mm Auto, 45 ACP. Mmmmkay what project can I do next... oh, I can't right now I am going hunting!
