He was convicted of disobeying a local judge's order. Perhaps the judge should find herself in court. He enforces a federal law concerning illegal immigration, but that means he had to disobey a local law.
Which law should take precedence? I think we can answer that for ourselves..so did the judge pull an illegal stunt to find him guilty?

He's appealed and asked for a trial by jury....I have a pretty good idea it will likely be overturned.

"Alienable rights" for sure , they sure alienated Arpaio's rights. I still think the judge should be in the catbird's seat, since it was she who told the LEOs to disobey the federal laws.

Sherriff Joe was the ONLY one to stand tall and enforce the invasion laws. He was concerned about the safety of the American people, unlike Obama. Pantywetter libbydems hated him because he was deporting their criminal invader voting base. Sheriff Joe should get a medal for standing up for AMERICA. I can remember MANY years ago when democrats were still Americans. That judge should be fired and forever barred from serving again. CHARLIE.

Can you imagine the outcry from liberals if judges were instructing LEOs to ignore the federal gun laws such as the Gun Control Act of 1968? If you find a felon in possession of a firearm just let him go. Create a sanctuary city where felons can open carry guns.

A pardon, along with an explanation of the miscarriage of justice would likely be a very popular decision.

Twitter and such bypass the lame stream media, I think he is wise to use it to reach the base.
